The examination of on oath of Ermina Huggans, an unmarried white woman taken before me, Marion Moore, a Justice of the said County on this 26th day of Feb. A.D. 1884.
The said Ermina Huggans being by me duly sworn, makes oath and says that she is an unmarried white woman who has resided in the said County for one year next preceeding the date thereof: And that on 18th day of March A.D. 1883 she was delivered of a male bastard child and that Samuel A. ONeil is the father of the said child.
