County of Wetzel, To-wit:
We, the undersigned, duly appointed appraisers, do solemnly swear that we and each of us will diligently, faithfully, and impartially seek to ascertain the true and actual value of all the property, real and personal, of whatever character and wheresoever situate, including moneys, credits, investment, annuities, insurance policies, judgments and decrees for moneys, notes industrial bonds, securities of the United States or of any State, County, District or Municipality, or of any foreign state

or country, accounts receivable and all other evidence of debt whether owing to the decedent by persons or corporations in or out of the state, and all tangible personalty of every character, or any interest therein, belonging to the estate of Cyrus P. Huggins deceased, and a late resident of Proctor district, Wetzel County West Virginia and to place thereon, after careful examination, what, in our judgment is true and actual value of each item of property so listed and examined, together with the aggregate value thereof, and to submit the same as our findings as provided by law.
