 THIS DEED, made this 12th day of May 1903, between G. E. Huggins {Gawen Eddy Huggins} and Delora V. Huggins his wife of the County of Wetzel and State of W. Va. of the first part, and Frederick Benjamin Bokelman of the County of Wetzel and the State of W. Va. of the second part, WITNESSETH, That for and in consideration of Four Hundred and fifty dollars $450.00 the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the said parties of the first part do grant unto the said party of the second part with covenants of general warranty all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the District of Magnolia in the County of Wetzel and State of W. Va. and bounded and described as follows:

 A certain town lot 50 x 116 ft. in Stenders Second Addition to the town of New Martinsville, W. Va. and known on the recorded plot of said addition as lot No. 3 size of lot 50 x 116 ft. and being one of the same lots conveyed to G. E. Huggins by J. A. Bandi Attorney in fact for John Stender and others, by Deed dated the 19th day of Oct. 1901, and recorded in Deed Book No. 71 page 409 of the Wetzel County W. Va. records.

STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA WETZEL COUNTY TO-WIT:

I, J. A. Bandi a Notary Public of the said County of Wetzel do certify that G. E. Huggins and Delora V. Huggins his wife, whose names are signed to the writing above bearing date the 12th day of May 1903, this day acknowledged the same before me in my said County.

WETZEL COUNTY WEST VA. CLERK’S OFFICE COUNTY COURT, JAN 18th, 1904 

The foregoing DEED from G. E. Huggins at ux to F. B. Bokelman was on the 13” day of Jan., 1904, presented into the Clerk’s office aforesaid and thereupon admitted to record together with the certificate thereto annexed.
