| STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA: WETZEL COUNTY, TO-WIT:
The Grand Jurors of the State of West Virginia in and for the body
of the county of Wetzel, and now attending said Court, upon the
oaths present, that Harrison Huggins, George W. Huggins, William T.
Huggins and Henry Nelson Huggins on the 20th day of July, 1894, in the
said county of Wetzel, feloniously, willfully, maliciously, deliberately
and unlawfully did slay, kill and murder one Friend Garner, against peace
and dignity of the State.
M. R. Morris, Prosecuting Attorney. Found upon the information of Lincoln Evans, Joseph Parsons, Henry Garner, Sr., Alexander Hall, Dr. F. V. Cox, Virginia B. Garner, Barbara E. Parsons, Alfred Yoho, Retta Goddard, Moses Goddard, Max Armstrong and Martha Hall, witnesses, sworn in open court and by order of said court sent before the Grand Jury to give evidence. |
