Your commissioner reports to Court that at the request of G. E. {Gawen Eddy} Huggins, administrator of J .R. Huggins {John Randolph Huggans}, deceased, that on December 4, 1903, he gave notice as required by law of the settlement of said fiduciary. A certified copy of said notice is returned with the report.
Your commissioner reports that said Administrator required for the use and benefit of said estate the following personal property:
