To the Honorable County Court of Wetzel County, West Virginia.
Your Commissioner requests that at the request of G.E. Huggins, administrator of the estate of J.R. Huggins, deceased, be made final settlement of the accounts of said administrator. Your Commissioner gave the notice required by law and certified copy of which is returned herewith.
Your Commissioner reports that according to the last settlement of said administrator there was in the hands of said fiduciary the balance of $832.09.
Your Commissioner further reports that said administrator distributed said funds as follows:
