Oliver L. Huggins, Dec’d, Settlement of

Admitted to Record November 11th 1885

  

I this day in pursuance of notice duly published and posted proceeded to state and settle the fiduciary accounts of Robert Coffield Administrator of Oliver Huggins deceased.  I find there came to the hands of said Administrator being the amount of sale bill the sum of six hundred and thirty-six dollars and eighteen cents  $636.18 and also from John R. Huggins                                  $  19.95

Total receipt                                                                 $ 656.93

 

I also find that said Administrator has paid out for the benefit of said estate including Physicians bills, debts, burying expenses, funeral expenses, officer fees and for notices including all expenditures for said estate.             $612.94

 

Leaving a net balance in the hands of said Administrator of thirty three dollars and nineteen cents {$33.19} which the said administrator should pay to the guardian of the minor children of the said O. L. Huggins {Oliver T. Huggans}, deceased, the names of the said minor children is Wiley Huggins and Florence Huggins and each of them is entitled to $16.59 and your commissioner further finds that John R. Huggins has qualified as guardian for said children all of which is respectfully submitted

I find that Robert Coffield Administrator paid to John R. Huggins Guardian of Wiley Huggins and Florence Huggins the sum of $16.59 and filed this voucher for the same with me.
