I this day in pursuance of Notice duly published in the Wetzel Democrat and posted at the front door of the Court House for six weeks immediately preceding this date proceeded to take evidence on claims presented to me in pursuance of said notice against Robert Coffield Administrator of Oliver Huggins, Deceased, after hearing the evidence in support of the same. 

I find a note presented by Henry Garner signed by Oliver Huggins and Mary E. Huggins dated October 10th  1881 calling for $126.88 bearing interest from date and I allow one half of said note against said Administrator as the interest on same to this date amounts to $71.37.

I also allow a charge of Henry Garner for

balance on cow $24 and interest 1.44                                       $25.44 

J. W. Yeater Medical Attendance                                               35.35 

Dr. J .W. Yeater presented a claim for medical Services rendered to Oliver Huggins and Mary E. Huggins amounting to $15 one half of the same I allow against Oliver Huggins Estate.      7.50 

Robert Coffield: I also allowed a claim of {left blank} for threshing grain in fall of 1883 

Joseph D. Convey also allowed a claim of being balance of account for blacksmithing             4.30 

Wilford Garner is allowed for 1 gal. whiskey jug from R.J. Richardson        3.10 

Allowed R. B. Grim Medical Services & consultation   20.00 

J. W. Yeater note dated Oct 20, 1882 signed by Oliver Huggins calling for $53.75 with interest 3.24        56.99 

Allowed Michael Moore balance bill merchandise                   52.18 

Allowed M & A. J. Moore on note, dated April 20th 1882 allowing for $58.30 with inst. from date 5.24       63.54 

Stanford Bros one coffin for him                                                35.00 

Allowed William Rogers & Co. a bill for Merchandise           32.98 

Allowed to Sanford Huggins bill for money loaned $10.50 work 6.00      16.50 

Allowed to Josephus Huggins for timber sold by Oliver Huggins              4.87 

Allowed to John R. Huggins for work and services in the care of him and children       55.10

 

I examined evidence in all the cases and I am of opinion these claims allowed are proper charges against Robert Coffield Administrator of the Estate of Oliver Huggins deceased all of which is respectfully submitted November 6th 1883
