Wetzel County, to wit:

 

We, C. P. Huggins*, G. E. Huggins** and Beau Hafer who were on the 1st of April, 1912, by the clerk of the County Court of Wetzel County, West Virginia, appointed appraisers to appraise the personal property of Wm. Henry, late of Wetzel County, deceased, as solemnly swear that we will well and truly appraise the personal property of the said Wm. Henry deceased and a true ___ (value?) affix to each item thereof and a true inventory thereof return to the Clerk of the County Court as required by law, to the best of our ability,  so help us God.
